The 'bulkbarn.biz' website claims "All our lists are 100% opt-in". That would be a little more convincing if they didn't send the spam advertising their services to 'webmaster' role accounts that have never been used to sign up for anything. Extensive forgery on the headers of their spams doesn't make them appear any more reputable either.
