This is a placeholder for the root domain for a network of redirectors owned by bulkmailer Camelback L. All these domains have since been abandoned or acquired by other owners. Two new bulkmail redirector networks have now emerged, advertising the same customers as Camelback L, with hosts located in the same netblocks, and generating similar spams (in the case of the 'bandwidthnoc' operation, the coded strings embedded in the URLs to identify the message recipient are identical to those used by Camelback L).
A former employee has claimed in email that many of the domains were registered in his name without his knowledge by the company.
