and adds:
This e-mail was sent to you because you are a valued customer.
The message includes a blurry graphic of the graphs showing the AMC stock price apparently in free-fall, and a short text claiming that the company is 'in takeover talks'.
American Mortgage Acceptance Co could not be contacted concerning spam promoting the company.
